Lumi provides AI-powered executive function coaching tools designed for neurodiverse families. The Site currently offers the following features:
- Waitlist registration for early access to the Lumi product.
- A demo experience where users can explore the Lumi coaching model using pre-selected fictitious profiles.
- Behavioral assessments that allow parents to generate executive function insights for themselves and their children.
- AI-powered chat interactions that demonstrate how Lumi's coaching approach works based on assessment results.
The Site is a pre-launch marketing and demonstration platform. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice as we continue to develop the Lumi product.
3. Important Disclaimers About AI-Generated Content
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language model technology to generate insights about executive functioning patterns. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, educational, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Lumi's assessments are behavioral tools, not clinical or diagnostic instruments. They should not be used to diagnose any medical or psychological condition.
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific circumstances. You should not rely solely on these outputs for important decisions about your child's health, education, or development.
- You should always consult qualified healthcare providers, educational professionals, or mental health professionals for concerns about your child's development, behavior, or wellbeing.
- Lumi does not establish a provider-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship with you or your child.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. User Conduct
When using the Site and Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
Assessment results and AI-generated insights provided to you are for your personal use. You may share them with healthcare or educational professionals as you see fit, but you may not republish, resell, or distribute them commercially.
6. User-Submitted Content
When you submit information through the Service (assessment responses, chat messages, and other inputs), you retain ownership of the factual information you provide. By submitting content, you grant LuminaryTechnologyLabs, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and analyze your submissions for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, generating insights, and improving the quality of our AI systems.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party and that you have the authority to provide any information about your child or family that you submit.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party technology providers, including Anthropic, PBC for AI processing and PostHog for analytics. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers to the extent their services are involved in delivering the Service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any linked third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMINARYTECHNOLOGYLABS, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF LUMI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
